Bodegas Bilbainas SA a Spain-based company engaged in the production and distribution of wine. The Company's activities include viticulture, as well as the production, ageing and sale of wines. The Company operates a production center located in the municipality of Haro, autonomous community of La Rioja. The Company's products portfolio includes such wine brands as Vina Zaco, Vina Pomal and La Vicalandia. As of December 31, 2011, Ducde SA was the Company's majority shareholder with 87.98% of its interest, which in turn belongs to Grupo Codorniu, a Spanish holding company with international operations in the wine segment.
