Boursorama and Morningstar launch the third annual Investor Awards: investors cast their votes and pick

their favourite companies

Boulogne-Billancourt, 29 August 2014 - After the success of the first two years, Boursorama and Morningstar have organised the third annual Investor Awards, the largest survey in France for independent and professional investors. The survey aims to identify investors' main decision-making criteria and their favourite companies, and will take place from 28 August until 2 November 2014. The overall results will be announced during the Investor Awards ceremony at the Palais Royal in Paris on 27 November 2014.

The Investor Awards survey is the most significant of its kind in France in terms of its scope (more than 320 listed companies and as many asset management companies), its jury (composed entirely of independent and professional investors), its duration (more than two months) and its format (in real time online)
The survey provides a platform for investors, who are asked to vote for the best listed and asset management companies according to criteria including governance, commitment, long-term performance, communication quality and innovation.
Boursorama and Morningstar also question investors on their decision-making criteria, both in terms of quantitative (dividends, performance, etc.) and qualitative factors (reputation of the companies and their CEOs, etc.). The Investor Awards survey is carried out in partnership with the independent market research company OpinionWay.
This unique and transparent online approach truly meets the expectations of the 36,000 votes collected in
2013.
The overall results of the survey will be announced on 27 November 2014 during an awards ceremony hosted by Ariel Wizman at the Palais Royal in Paris. The ceremony will also be shown live online. A conference entitled "How to strengthen ties between investors, issuers and directors" will start the event and will be attended by various specialists and managers of the main companies in the sector.
The survey has become a market reference for the financial community in the last three years, and is also a chance for listed companies and asset management professionals to meet and dialogue.
