BUCHER INDUSTRIES AG On 14 March 2017 the Swiss Competition Commission (COMCO), based on a complaint, conducted an inspection on the premises of Bucher Landtechnik in Niederweningen, Switzerland.
The investigation concerns alleged restrictions of competition relating to the distribution of spare parts for tractors and alleged territorial restrictions for dealers. Bucher Industries AG is co-operating with COMCO and is seeking to fully clarify the facts of this matter.
