Announcements
BACB published its preliminary unaudited consolidated and
individual financial reports as of December 31, 2011,
together with the respective interim activity reports and
letter to the shareholders.
Based on unaudited data at December 31, 2011, for the twelve
months of 2011 BACB reported financial result as follows:

Net loss on individual basis of BGN 38,094 thousand

Net loss on a consolidated basis of BGN 38,366
thousand
The Bank maintained its operating profitability for 2011 in
spite of the negative development in net interest
income.
Further to the accrual of provisions for loan impairment in
the amount of BGN 42.2 million, the Bank recorded a net loss
for 2011.
