BUWOG : annual report also successful at the Econ Awards

Bronze at the Econ gala in Berlin for the "We Get Ideas off the Ground" concept

BUWOG AG was presented with a prize again for the 2015/16 financial year's annual report.

At the Econ Awards in Berlin the report "We Get Ideas off the Ground" won the bronze.

According to the Econ jury's reasoning for awarding listed residential property company BUWOG: "BUWOG AG's annual report We Get Ideas off the Ground" is a convincing illustration of the company's complexity and impact in every area. The preparation of the content is outstanding, while the presentation of the business and its analyses go into depth but remain clear at all times. The report establishes transparency this way".

For annual reports in print there was just one other award at the gala, silver for the KION Group's report. The Econ Award is one of the most important distinctions in the area of corporate

Ingrid Fitzek-Unterberger, head of Marketing & Communication, and Holger Lüth, head of Corporate Finance & Investor Relations, accepted the Econ Award in Berlin and thanked their teams for the outstanding work.

As in previous years, the consulting agency for the production of BUWOG AG's 2015/16 annual report was Mensalia Unternehmensberatungs GmbH of Vienna. The BUWOG report has already won the biggest competition for annual reports worldwide, the ARC Awards, and Austrian business magazine trend's "Austrian Financial Communications Awards". Meanwhile, BUWOG's annual report for the 2016/17 financial year has already been published.
