Company Security Solutions Competing for Four Awards across Excellence and Reader Trust Categories

ISLANDIA, NY, December 10, 2012 - CA Technologies (NASDAQ: CA) has been named a finalist in SC Magazine's2013 SC Awards, which recognize IT security products and professionals. The company's security solutions are competing in the Excellence category, as well as multiple Reader Trust award categories, and the winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on Feb. 26, 2013 in San Francisco.

CA Content Aware Identity and Access Management Suite is a finalist in the Best Enterprise Security Solution category of the Excellence Award, which acknowledges companies with superior security products that help customers tackle today's most pressing information technology (IT) challenges. Hundreds of IT security companies nominated their solutions for consideration in the SC Awards and entries in this category are evaluated by a jury hand-picked by SC Magazine's editorial team for their breadth of knowledge and experience in the information security industry.
