CA, Inc. : Hadassah Medical Center Implements CA Technologies Infrastructure Management Solution

Herzliya, Israel, July 15, 2013 - CA Technologies today announced that Hadassah Medical Center implemented a CA Technologies solution for assuring the reliability of the key patient and employee services. The solution will enable the medical center to enhance patient care by managing the availability and performance of the IT infrastructure that supports key applications such as the digital medical record system, the imaging system, and the SAP medical center management system.

The solution, implemented by CA Technologies partner Netcom, features several Service Assurance products. CA Service Operations Insight, enables Hadassah to improve service quality and predictability by visualizing and analyzing its IT infrastructure domains, applications and transactions together, according to the services they support. CA Infrastructure Insight enables the medical center to gain better visibility and control over its IT infrastructure availability and traffic composition by providing discovery, fault isolation, root cause analysis, configuration and change management, traffic analysis, trend analysis and predictive capacity planning.
