Further to disclosures made by Cable & Wireless Communications Plc ("the Company ") on 11 November 2014 in connection with notifications made to the Company by Sir Richard Lapthorne, Phil Bentley, Perley McBride and Mark Hamlin (each a "PDMR ") in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, each purchase of ordinary shares in the Company by the relevant PDMR was undertaken at a price of 45.00 pence per share (not 46.00 pence per share as previously stated).
