New Intelligence Collection Work Helps Soldiers Achieve a Battlefield Advantage

Arlington, Va., June 2, 2014 - CACI International Inc (NYSE:CACI) announced today that it has been awarded a $41 million contract to provide lifecycle support for the U.S. Army's Project Manager, Sensor-Aerial Intelligence (PM SAI) Guardrail/Common Sensor (GR/CS), an airborne Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) location and dissemination system. This 30-month (one 18-month base period plus one option year) contract was awarded during CACI's third quarter of its fiscal year 2014, ending March 31, 2014. It expands CACI's presence in its C4ISR (command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance) and Intelligence markets.

Headquartered at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Md., the PM SAI is one of five project managers that make up the Army's Program Executive Office, Intelligence Electronic Warfare & Sensors. PM SAI delivers actionable intelligence to ensure soldiers have a complete understanding of the battlefield. Its GR/CS system uses sensors to map battlespace signals and help locate the enemy in theater.

CACI has an intimate understanding of signals intelligence and technologies, as well as the ability to provide rapid prototyping, systems development, and Quick Reaction Capabilities to address the Army's global needs. Its work on the Guardrail contract will include providing sensors integration and sustainment for 32 SIGINT systems and subsystems.
