BOARD & MANAGEMENT CHANGES

The directors of Capital Mining Limited (ASX: CMY) (Capital or the Company) announce the appointment of Shannon Davis as executive director effective immediately.

Mr Davis has 10 years experience in the financial services industry with extensive experience in corporate advisory specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, corporate finance and governance.

Mr Robert Crossman has resigned as Non-Executive Chairman and Mr Anthony Dunlop has been appointed on an interim basis to the role of Non-Executive Chairman.

Mr Christopher Yong has been appointed as Company Secretary replacing Mrs Amanda Wilton-Heald from Mining Corporate.

The Company has also moved its registered office from Perth to Sydney with the new address at Level 17, 115 Pitt Street, Sydney.
