Mr Leow has been appointed as CEO of CapitaMalls Asia ("CMA"), his appointment will take effect from 15 September 2014. He will take over from Mr Lim Beng Chee who has decided to take a break after having worked for 15 years with the CapitaLand Group and has resigned from the Group.

Mr Leow has been based in China for the last 13 years. He started his career with the CapitaLand Group in 1994. He was appointed CEO, CapitaLand China in 2009. He has since led the China teams in streamlining as well as growing the residential and integrated development businesses including the development and operations of the eight Raffles City projects in China.

The Board is confident that with Mr Leow s extensive experience in property development, operations and deep knowledge of doing business in China, CMA will continue to add strength to CapitaLand under his leadership.
