CapitaLand Limited ("CapitaLand") wishes to announce that its following wholly-owned subsidiaries have applied to the Registrar of Companies to be struck off from the Register of Companies as they are dormant. The Registrar of Companies has given his approval for the following companies to be struck off from the Register of Companies pursuant to Section
344(4) of the Companies Act, Cap. 50 with effect from 15 August 2014:
(1) CCVHF Trustee Pte. Ltd.
(2) CCVHF Investment One Pte. Ltd. (3) CCVHF Investment Two Pte. Ltd. (4) Croydon Pte. Ltd.
(5) Ellery Pte. Ltd.
(6) Heatley Pte. Ltd.
The striking-off of the above companies is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets or earnings per share of the CapitaLand Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2014.
None of the Directors or the controlling shareholder of CapitaLand has any interest, direct or indirect, in the striking-off of the above companies.
