Carillion and Elior team up at Barts Health
Leading support service provider Carillion has entered a five year partnership with contract catering company Elior to take retail catering to a new level for visitors and staff at the Royal London and St Bartholomew's hospitals. The new partnership brings together Elior's exciting and fresh approach to retail catering with Carillion's experience of providing services in hospitals.

The new service was launched at Barts Health NHS Trust earlier this month and includes a high street food retail offering, Grab and Go outlets, sit down meal facilities and further variety and choice including locally sourced, seasonal, fair trade options. There is focus on healthy choices to further promote health and wellbeing for customers.
