iSanté third-party payment system contract renewed and expanded
Boulogne-Billancourt, November 21th 2017The Humanis Group, a leading player in the French social protection system, has demonstrated its trust in Cegedim Insurance Solutions by upgrading to an enhanced version of iSanté third-party payement offering, expanding its scope, and adding new services.
Cegedim Insurance Solutions is strengthening its partnership with Humanis. The social protection group, France's leading paritarian health institution, wants to raise the level of third-party payment services it provides to its clients. Humanis had already been using Cegedim Insurance Solutions's iSanté third-party payment system for several years, and in late 2016 decided not only to renew its contract, but to ask Cegedim Insurance Solutions to make certain changes, including stronger service-level commitments and a wider range of services as part of a new agreement:
Systematic management of complex third-party payments (including coverage request forms) in supplemental segments (vision, hearing and dental);
An expanded scope for covered individuals in certain segments;
New online services such as benefits management, and an extension of direct third-party payment to primary care doctors in conjunction with inter-AMC project.
