Cellcom Israel Ltd. (NYSE: CEL) (TASE: CEL) (the "Company") announced that the previously reported co-operation agreement regarding maintenance services for passive elements of cell sites, between the Company and Pelephone Communications Ltd. (a competitor of the Company), which includes unifying passive elements and streamlining costs through a common contractor, was approved by the Israeli Antitrust Commissioner. The approval is for a period of ten years and is subject to certain conditions.
