We hereby inform to our Shareholders that, from December 14, 2015, we will start the distribution of dividends intermediary approved by the Board at a meeting held on November 18, 2015, pursuant to Article 29, sole paragraph, of the Bylaws subject to the following conditions:
Dividends intermediary at the rate of R$ 0.0074843, for common shares and preferred, considering the number of shares by which the capital of the Company, to shareholders holding shares on 11/18/2015. The dividends intermediary shall be made available to the Shareholders exempted of Individual Income Tax, as per article 10 of Law nr 9,249/95.
As approved, as of November 19, 2015 (inclusive), the shares will trade ex- dividend.
Instructions regarding the credit of dividends:
Shareholders will have their credits available according to their current account and banking domicile informed to Itaú Unibanco S.A. - the depositary Institution of the stocks, from the date of beginning of distribution of such rights.
Shareholders whose records do not contain their CPF/CNPJ taxpayer ID number or the indication of Bank/Branch/Account number will only have their credits available from the 3rd working day counted from the date when they update their registration at Itau Unibanco S.A.'s electronic database, which can be done at any of that bank's branches that provide services to shareholders, or by mail addressed to UNIDADE DE PROCESSAMENTO E SOLUÇÕES PARA CORPORAÇÕES at Rua: Ururai, 111- BUILDING B - Downstairs - Tatuapé - CEP 03084-010 - Sao Paulo (SP) - Brazil.
Shareholders who make use of fiduciary custody shall have their dividends credited according to the procedures adopted by the Stock Exchanges.
