CENTROTEC Sustainable AG: CENTROTEC places promissory note in the amount of EUR 90 million

Brilon, August 31, 2017: CENTROTEC Sustainable AG has successfully completed the placement of its unsecured promissory note loan with a total volume of EUR 90 million. Bayerische Landesbank is the arranger.

The issue volume is made up of two fixed-interest and two variable tranches with maturities of seven and ten years.

CENTROTEC has thus been able to use the current low interest rates to secure long-term financing on attractive terms. The funds are earmarked for general refinancing and corporate development.
