headquarters in the City and State of Rio de Janeiro, at Rua Humaitá nº 275, 11º and 12º andar, and JGP GESTÃO PATRIMONIAL LTDA., tax payer number (CNPJ/MF) 09.262.533/0001-16, with headquarters in the City and State of Rio de Janeiro, at Rua Humaitá nº 275, 11º and 12º andar, as investment managers for funds and non-residents investors, whose legal representative in Brazil is BNY Mellon Serviços Financeiros DTVM S.A., tax payer number (CNPJ/MF) 02.201.501/0001-61 ("Investors"), pursuant to the CVM Instruction nº 358/2002, amended by CVM Instructions 369/02, 449/07, 547/14, 552/14 and 568/15, inform that, over the last days, during BOVESPA's trading sessions, the Investors acquired common shares issued by CETIP S.A. - MERCADOS ORGANIZADOS ("Company"), and, in this date, that, when adding up the shares previously held to the recent acquisitions, the Investors hold 13,423,983 (

thirteen million, four hundred and twenty-three thousand, nine hundred and eighty-three) common shares issued by the Company. Such holding of the Investors represents 5.10% (five point ten percent) of the common shares issued by the Company.

The aforementioned acquisitions do not intend to change the composition of control or the managing structure of the Company. There is no agreement or contract regulating the exercise of voting rights or the trade of securities issued by the Company by the Investors."
