Charles Taylor plc announces that it has been advised that Joe Roach, an
Executive Director of the Company, acquired 5,549 Ordinary Shares in the
Company today at an average price of 252.63p per share.



Following this announcement, Mr Roach and his connected persons holds a total
of 51,593 ordinary shares, equivalent to 0.12% of the total voting rights of
the Company.
