China April Corn Imports 16,441 Tons, Up Sevenfold On Year -CCS 

China imported 16,441 metric tons of corn in April, a sevenfold surge compared with a year earlier, according to data published Monday by the Hong Kong-based China Customs Statistics Information Center.

China April Soybean Imports 4.88 Mln Tons, Up 26% On Year 

China's soybean imports in April totaled 4.88 million metric tons, up 26% from a year earlier, the General Administration of Customs said Monday.

Russia Plants Spring Grains On 20.2 Mln Hectares To May 18 

MOSCOW (Dow Jones)--Russia planted spring grains to May 18 on 20.2 million hectares, which is 67% of the total area to be planted and is 1.8 million hectares more than on the same date last year.
