On July 29, Chen Xiaohua, Vice President of CGGC and Chairman & President of CGGC International paid a site inspection to Yarmag House-building Project. He debriefed and given compliment to the construction progress, while also required contract performance meeting the employee's standards of project quality and build the project a landmark project in house building of Mongolia.

The project covers a land area of 36 hectares to provide about 4000 dwelling units with a total construction area of approximately 368000 square meters. It mainly consists of 9-story and 5-story apartment buildings with a complete set of auxiliary facilities including a school, a kindergarten, a shopping center, a hospital and a vocational training center.

As an important part of the Mongolian Government's "100000-Unit Housing Program", the project will create a comfortable and healthy living environment for local people, reduce ecological pollution, bring job opportunities and improve the infrastructure of Ulan Bator.
