Recently, the Company was informed by Huaxia Life Insurance Co., Ltd. ("Huaxia Life Insurance") that, from 6 November to 9 November 2017, Huaxia Life Insurance further acquired 130,810,494 A ordinary shares of the Company through secondary market, representing 0.36% of the total issued ordinary shares of the Company. As at 9 November 2017, Huaxia Life Insurance held a total of 1,505,117,192 ordinary shares in the Company, including 1,159,126,692 A ordinary shares and 345,990,500 H ordinary shares, representing 4.13% of the total issued ordinary shares of the Company.
Huaxia Life Insurance entered into an acting in concert agreement with Orient Group Incorporation ("Orient Group") on 29 June 2016. As at the date of this announcement, Huaxia Life Insurance and Orient Group have a total of 2,571,881,461 shares carrying voting rights, representing 7.05% of the total issued ordinary shares of the Company.
