Net Generation of Subsidiary Power Plants in the First Four Months of 2016 Increased by 0.6%China Resources Power Holdings Company Limited ("CR Power", stock code: 0836) today announced that total net generation of subsidiary power plants in April 2016 decreased by 12.1% to 10,501,912 MWh from 11,949,510 MWh for the same period of 2015. Total net generation of subsidiary power plants for the first four months of 2016 increased by 0.6% to 47,368,092 MWh compared to 47,099,214 MWh for the same period last year.
On a same plant basis, total net generation of subsidiary coal-fired power plants in the first four months of 2016 decreased by 7.2% compared to the same period of 2015. Power plants located in Henan and Hubei recorded 10.4% and 0.5% increases year on year, respectively. Power plants located in Guangdong, Hebei, Jiangsu and Other provinces recorded 20.9%, 7.3%, 6.3% and 14.4% decreases year on year, respectively.
