  • 　　On November 20, 2015, a Tripartite Strategic Cooperation Letter of Intent was signed between China Construction Fifth Engineering Division Corp. Ltd. (CSCEC 5th Bureau), Changsha Ningxiang County People's Government, and Bank of China Hunan Branch for an overall value of 5 billion yuan.

    　　Based on the Letter of Intent, the three parties will carry out cooperation on transportation, public utilities and other projects in Ningxiang County to be implemented in the model of PPP, Project Financing, etc. (from CSCEC 5th Bureau)
