China Northeast Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd (CSCEC Northeast Design Institute) has recently been certified National Patent Licensing for Invention for the technology named 'A Synthetic Approach for Energy-Saving Architectural Design with Digital Simulation'.
The Patent, named as TECH Design Approach, can regulate the environment of wind, light and heat during construction with no power machineries involved or with minimum energy consumed, which contributes to the design of passive energy-saving buildings in accordance with Chinese characteristics.(from CSCEC Northeast Design Institute)
