CHORUS Clean Energy AG: Successful expansion of the segment Asset Management

• Institutional investor of special fund CHORUS Renewables Europe I increases its investment
• Fund volume rises by more than 10 per cent

Neubiberg/Munich, 27 May 2016 - CHORUS Clean Energy AG ('CHORUS'), a specialized operator of solar and wind parks, headquartered in Neubiberg near Munich, reports a volume increase of more than 10 per cent in one of its Luxembourg SICAV specialized investment funds. The capital stems from an existing institutional investor of the sub-fund CHORUS Infrastructure Fund S.A. SICAV-SIF Renewables Europe I ('CHORUS Renewables Europe I').
The increase in resources is supposed to support the expansion of the portfolio of onshore wind power plants in Germany. The renewable energy fund is currently invested in five wind parks in Germany and Finland and still open for subscriptions of long-term oriented institutional investors, who are looking for attractive yields.

'We are very pleased that the existing investor in our specialized investment fund raised its commitment already a second time within a year. Our institutional clients are convinced of the competence of CHORUS in the field of asset management as well as of our access to profitable projects. Therefore, we expect to gain further funds from our existing institutional investors over the course of the year.
