The Management Board of Ciech S.A. ('the Company'), hereby presents a list of shareholders who, at the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of the Company ('the Shareholders' Meeting'), held on 18 December 2017, held at least 5% of votes, with the specification of the number of votes vested in each of them in connection with their shareholding, as well as an indication of their percentage share in the number of votes at such Shareholders' Meeting and in a total number of votes.

KI Chemistry S.À.R.L - 26,952,052 shares and votes, a share in the number of votes at the Shareholders' Meeting - 75.32%, a share in a total number of votes - 51.14%.

PZU Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Parasolowy Subfundusz PZU Stabilnego Wzrostu Mazurek - 2,106,702 shares and votes, a share in the number of votes at the Shareholders' Meeting - 5.89%, a share in a total number of votes - 3.99%.

PZU SFIO UNIVERSUM- 2,223,598 shares and votes, a share in the number of votes at the hareholders' Meeting - 6.21%, a share in a total number of votes - 4.22%

Legal basis: Art.70 point 3 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering and Terms and Conditions of Trade of Financial Instruments in the Organized Trading System and on Public Companies (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 185, item 1439).
