CIG Pannonia Eletbiztosito : Information on the conversion and listing of B and C type interest bearing shares

CIG Pannónia Life Insurance Plc. (registered seat: H-1033 Budapest, Flórián tér 1.; company registry number: Cg.01-10-045857; hereinafter: the 'Company') hereby notifies its shareholders and other capital market participants that according to General Meeting resolution No. 27/2012. (VIII.16.) the 'B' type of interest bearing shares (HU0000118963) and 'C' type of interest bearing shares (HU0000118971) were converted into 'A' type of ordinary shares on 11 September 2017. The Board of Directors with its resolution No. 32/2017.09.12 decided on the capital increase effected by means of a private placement on 12 September 2017 on the basis of the authorisation included in the General Meeting resolution No. 28/2012. (VIII.16.).

In line with the creation process by KELER Ltd. and the listing procedure the Company issues the following announcement:

Under the transaction:

• The 'B' and 'C' types of interest bearing shares will be converted into 'A' type of ordinary shares on the securities account held at KELER Ltd.
• The owners of the 'B' and 'C' types of interest bearing shares are entitled to receive a predetermined number of 'A' type of ordinary shares.

KELER Ltd. notifies the account providers through the KID system on the D-3 day (20th October 2017). With regard to the foregoing processes, the stock exchange trading in A type of shares will be suspended on the 25th and 26th of October 2017.
