Milan, December 22 2014 - Under the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting of June 30 and in implementation of the notice published on October 27, CIR-Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between December 15 and 19 2014 it bought back 898,000 of its own shares at an average price of € 0.8345, for a total amount of € 749,377.30.

CIR S.p.A. is now holding a total of 53,836,703 of its own shares, equal to 6.778% of its share capital.
