Milan, April 27 2015 - In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting on June 30 2014 and according to the notice published on October 27, CIR-Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between April 20 and 24 2015 it bought back 865,321 own shares at an average price of € 1.0803, for a total amount of € 934,778.21.

CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 72,192,979 own shares, equal to 9.09% of its share capital.
