CIR Compagnie Industriali Riunite : KOS acquires a new rehabilitation centre in the Marche region

The KOS Group, through its subsidiary Santo Stefano, an Italian leader in rehabilitation, completed the acquisition of Villa Iolanda, an 80-bed structure near Ancona specializing in psychiatric rehabilitation.With the acquisition of Villa Iolanda for an enterprise value of 10 million euro, the KOS Group further strengthens its offer of healthcare services in the Marche region.Villa Iolanda is the fourth psychiatric structure within the KOS Group alongside the two ones in the Emilia-Romagna region and another one near Lucca in Tuscany. KOS, controlled by CIR (59.53% of the share capital) and in which F2i Healthcare also has a stake (40.47%), is the fourth largest Italian private Healthcare company in terms of revenues.
