CIR Compagnie Industriali Riunite : among the best 34 listed companies for non-financial information (a study shows)

34 Italian listed companies have the best disclosure standards for non-financial information.

CIR and its subsidiary Gruppo Editoriale L'Espresso are among these. These are the results of a study carried out by Osservatorio Socialis and the University of Salento ('The impact of the Non-Financial Information Directive and of diversity on Italian listed companies' financial statements. Some first empirical evidence').

The results (in Italian) can be examined on the website (http://www.osservatoriosocialis.it/2017/01/27/studio_nfs/#!). The total sample studied, consisting of 134 listed companies, reaches a non-financial score of 43%. This figure almost doubles to approximately 80% for the companies with the best disclosure.
