Milan, December 19 2016 - In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR-Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between December 12 and 16 it bought back 105,711 own shares at an average price of € 0.9915, for a total amount of € 104,816.80.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 128,395,188 own shares, equal to 16.1647% of its share capital.
