Milan, February 27 2017 - In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR-Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between February 20 and 24 it bought back 228,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.2127, for a total amount of € 276,489.70. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 129,705,069 own shares, equal to 16.3296% of its share capital.
