Milan, January 2 2018 - In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR-Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between December 27 and 29 2017 it bought back 49,230 own shares at an average price of € 1.1671, for a total amount of € 57,455.65.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 138,198,489 own shares, equal to 17.3989% of its share capital.
