Milan, November 10 2014 - Under the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting of June 30 and in implementation of the notice published on October 27, CIR-Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between November 3 and 7 2014 it bought back 790,000 of its own shares at an average price of € 0.8178, for a total amount of € 646,054.00.

CIR S.p.A. is now holding a total of 49,959,314 of its own shares, equal to approximately 6.290% of its share capital.
