Milan, November 17 2014 - Under the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting of June 30 and in implementation of the notice published on October 27, CIR-Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between November 10 and 14 2014 it bought back 445,000 of its own shares at an average price of € 0.7787, for a total amount of € 346,543.50. CIR S.p.A. is now holding a total of 50,404,314 of its own shares, equal to 6.346% of its share capital.
