Civmec : Wins Company of the Year Award and Innovation Award for Civtrac

The construction and engineering services provider was named "Company of the Year" at the SEA Business Awards - which recognizes outstanding company performance across all aspects of business operations in Australia - in Perth recently.
The Subsea Energy Australia panel said: "Civmec's financial performance over the last four years demonstrates a company with vision, enthusiasm and drive. Civmec scored well in all award categories and adhered to industry best practices. SEA is pleased to recognise this homegrown excellence through the 'Company of the Year' award."

The Group also received the Heavy Civil Construction Award at the Singapore Business Review Listed Companies Awards, held in Singapore to celebrate project innovation by listed and international firms.

Civmec received the award in recognition of its internally developed enterprise resource planning platform, Civtrac, which utilises bar codes and real-time analysis to track materials from start to finish. Civtrac improves planning and resource allocation while reducing labour and material waste.
