2015 Annual Report and 2015 Sustainability Report
The English and Chinese versions of CLP Holdings (the Company) 2015 Annual Report are hereby enclosed. The Annual Report (in both languages) has been made available on the "Investors Information" section on the Company's website at www.clpgroup.com and on the website of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) at www.hkex.com.hk since 14 March 2016.
The 2015 Sustainability Report has been uploaded onto our website which also includes an online snapshot of the Annual Report that provides an interactive overview of our business and highlights of 2015.

Annual General Meeting
The eighteenth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held at the Grand Ballroom, 1/F., Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East, 3 Tong Tak Street, Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong on Thursday, 5 May 2016 at 11:00 a.m. The Notice of AGM and Proxy Form are attached. They are also available on the "Investors Information" section on the Company's website and on the website of HKEx.
The Register of Shareholders will be closed from 3 May 2016 to 5 May 2016, both days inclusive. Regarding share transfers, to be entitled to attend and vote at the AGM, transfers should be lodged with the Company's Registrars, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, for registration not later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, 29 April 2016.

Choice of language and means of receipt of corporate communications(Note)

If the Company does not receive a duly completed and signed reply form from you or receives no response from you on or before 28 April 2016, you are deemed to have consented to receive all corporate communications in electronic form only through the Company's website. For future corporate communications, we will notify you that the corporate communication has been made available on the Company's website by e-mail (if you have provided an e-mail address) or (if none provided) by post to your address as it appears in the Company's Register of Shareholders.You may change your choice of language (English and/or Chinese) and means of receipt (in printed form or through our website) of the Company's future corporate communications, free of charge, at any time by reasonable notice in writing (not less than 7 days) to the Company or the Company's Registrars or via e-mail (cosec@clp.com.hk or clp.ecom@computershare.com.hk). Even if you have chosen (or are deemed to have consented) to receive all future corporate communications by electronic means but for any reason you have difficulty in receiving or gaining access to the corporate communications, we will promptly, upon your request, send the corporate communications to you in printed form free of charge.

If your shares are held in joint names, this reply form must be specified and signed by all joint holders whose names stand on the Register of Shareholders of the Company in respect of the joint holding in order to be valid.

Printed copies of the English and Chinese versions of all future corporate communications will be available from the Company and the Company's Registrars on request. They will also be available on the Company's website (www.clpgroup.com) for five years from the date of first publication.
As a "green" initiative, CLP will donate HK$60 to charity for each Shareholder who elects for the electronic means and for each feedback that we receive on the 2015 Annual Report, the Sustainability Report as well as the Annual Report snapshot online, up to a maximum donation amount of HK$350,000. Please refer to the inside back cover of the 2015 Annual Report for details of this initiative.
