Management Announcement

Cobar Consolidated Resources Limited (ASX:CCU) announced today that Grant Davidson, General Manager Operations, has tendered his resignation from the Company for personal reasons.
Managing Director Ian Lawrence said, "Grant has tendered his resignation, which has been accepted. On behalf of the Board I thank Grant for his contribution over the past year, overseeing construction and commissioning of the Wonawinta Silver Mine."
An executive search for a suitable replacement has begun. Ian Lawrence will assume operational responsibility in the interim.
There will be a transition period of around 3 months during which time Grant will work from Cobar's Melbourne office, to complete the scope for phase 1 and finalise phase 2 of the de- bottlenecking and expansion projects.
The Company is currently using a hired crusher to reduce oversize clay lumps before ore is fed to the log washer.
Phase 1 of the debottlenecking and expansion project is the installation of a mill to eliminate all log washer oversize material.
Phase 2 of the project is the installation of a permanent crusher to replace the hired crusher.
