In accordance with article 82 of law 24/1988 of the Spanish Stock Market Act, Codere S.A. hereby informs Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (Spanish Stock Market Regulator) about the following:
SIGNIFICANT EVENT
On today, CODERE S.A. reports that it has agreed not to provide Codere Finance Luxembourg (SA) with the necessary funds to satisfy interest under the euro bond dated December 15, 2013; and make use of the grace period of thirty days expressly provided for in the terms and conditions of the instrument.
