Issue of Performance Rights
Collection House Limited (ASX: CLH) today announced that 1,100,103 unlisted Performance Rights were issued to Eligible Employees on 31 October 2014 under and pursuant to the Performance Rights Plan.
An Appendix 3B in respect of the issued unlisted Performance Rights is attached hereto. The Performance Rights Plan can be viewed on our website at www.collectionhouse.com.auunder the heading Investors - Corporate Governance.

Performance Rights were issued to certain Eligible Employees of CLH under a Performance Rights Plan.
The Performance Rights are subject to the terms of the Performance Rights Plan. A copy of the Performance Rights Plan was lodged with ASX on 29 April 2013.
FY14 Performance Rights ‐ The number of Performance Rights that will vest (and therefore, capable of being exercised) will depend on the satisfaction of certain performance hurdles as at 30 June 2016.
The Performance Rights will expire on

Quotation agreement
1 +Quotation of our additional +securities is in ASX's absolute discretion. ASX
may quote the +securities on any conditions it decides.
