Computer Sciences : Exova Metech Selects CSC as Its Digital Transformation Partner in Seven-year Deal

STOCKHOLM, Sweden, February 6, 2017 -CSC (NYSE: CSC), a global leader in next generation IT services and solutions, is entering a new agreement with Exova Metech, one of the world's leading calibration and metrology companies. CSC will manage the entire IT infrastructure and support their transformation journey toward next generation IT, supporting the core business strategy of Exova Metech.

Over the next seven years, CSC will provide a modern, secure and highly automated IT infrastructure to Exova Metech, based on standardized, next generation solutions from CSC and its partners. In addition, the agreement covers standard services such as network, data centers, storage and security. A key component to the agreement is a transition and transformation project, where CSC is trusted to transition the existing service into a next generation service model based on the IT company's long-term experience and proven transition frameworks. In effect, CSC will become the central IT service provider, closely connected to Exova Metech's core business.
