Only on April 5, 2017, Highlight Communication AG, a subsidiary of Constantin Medien AG, provided the documentation as of December 31, 2016 which is absolutely essential for the preparation of the annual and consolidated financial statements of Constantin Medien AG for the fiscal year 2016.

The aforementioned significantly delayed provision of documentation by Highlight Communication AG as well as the clarification of various accounting issues have resulted in a delay of the preparation of the annual and consolidated financial statements of Constantin Medien AG and, therefore, the publication of the annual and consolidated financial statements of Constantin Medien AG for the fiscal year 2016 can only take place after April 30, 2017.
