(Leinfelden-Echterdingen, 23 April 2014) - At the suggestion of msg systems AG, Is-maning, which holds more than 25 per cent of the voting rights in the company, it is in-tended that Dr Christian Hofer, the current Chairman of the Board at COR&FJA AG, should be proposed for election as the successor to Prof. Dr Elmar Helten at COR&FJA AG's upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Prof. Dr Helten had expressed his intention to step down from the Supervisory Board as of the close of business on 30 June 2014. At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board gave its assent to this suggestion.

Dr Hofer's tenure as member and Chairman of the Management Board will expire as of the close of business on 30 June 2014. COR&FJA AG's regular Annual General Meeting is likely to be held on 26 June 2014 in the Filderhalle in Leinfelden-Echterdingen.

At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board also appointed Rolf Zielke, who has been a member of COR&FJA AG's Management Board since 1 May 2009, as Spokesman for the Management Board effective from 1 July 2014. Mr Zielke will conduct the Manage-ment Board's business together with Bernhard Achter as well as being responsible for the fields of Life, Sales, HR and Legal. Mr Achter, who has been a member of the Man-agement Board since 1 January 2014, will be responsible for the Finance, Controlling and Corporate Planning, Consulting, International, Non-life and IT areas.

As the company's future two-man Management Board team, Mr Zielke and Mr Achter will ensure continuity on the Management Board plus a continuation of the positive development of business at COR&FJA AG, which specialises in the development and implementation of standard software as well as the provision of business consulting services for the international life insurance sector and providers of company pension schemes.
