The Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation, a nonprofit organization formed by talent management software provider Cornerstone OnDemand (NASDAQ: CSOD), today announced two key additions to its team. This includes the addition of Marie McNamee to the foundation’s board of directors, as well as the addition of Tina Bolding as director of DisasterReady.org.

Elected to the foundation’s board of directors effective September 24, 2015, McNamee is director of programs at InsideNGO, a membership association dedicated to strengthening the operational and management capacity of organizations in the global NGO community, where she has served for six years. McNamee brings more than 30 years of domestic and international nonprofit operational experience with nonprofit organizations, such as Helen Keller International, Rainforest Alliance and Trinity Church Wall Street.

As director of DisasterReady.org, Bolding will drive the overall strategy of the Foundation’s online training platform, which provides disaster responders with free access to more than 400 state-of-the-art e-learning courses and other training resources covering all aspects of humanitarian aid and disaster relief. Prior to joining DisasterReady.org, Bolding served as chief human resources officer at Food for the Hungry, an international relief and development organization, where she built a global HR department and implemented support services to assist HR operations across 22 countries.
