Corporacion Ceramica SA is a Peru-based company principally engaged in the production, distribution and sale of ceramic bathroom fixtures under the Trebol brand. The Company's product's portfolio includes toilet bowls, sinks, baths, and floor and wall ceramic tiles, among others, through the operation of two production plants located in the district of San Martin de Porres and in the constitutional province of Callao. In addition, the Company is involved in the purchase and sale of raw materials, as well as elaborated and semi-elaborated products. As of December 31, 2011, Inversiones Ceramicas SAC was the Company's majority shareholder with 55.3% of its interest.
