　　On May 15, 2018, Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) published the results of its semiannual adjustment of index constituent stocks. COSCO SHIPPING Development's A and H stocks were both included in MSCI CHINA INDEX, and such adjustment will be made after closing on May 31, 2018 and take effect on June 1.
