SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION IN RELATION TO THE SUSPENSION OF THE PROPOSED SPIN-OFF OF

GUANGDONG COUNTRY GARDEN PROPERTY

SERVICES CO., LTD.

ON THE SHANGHAI STOCK EXCHANGE

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 11 December 2017 (the "Announcement") in relation to the withdrawal by CG Property Services of its application for the Proposed Spin-off on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Unless otherwise defined, terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The Company would like to further state that the resolution to withdraw its application for the Proposed Spin-off was attributable to the proposed adjustment to the CG Property Services' strategic direction for its business and the proposed adjustment to the shareholding structure of CG Property Services. Therefore, CG Property Services has applied to withdraw the Proposed Spin-off application at the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the withdrawal application is subject to the acceptance of the PRC approval authorities.

Shareholders and potential investors of the Company are reminded to exercise caution when dealing in or investing in the securities of the Company. Persons who are in doubt about their position or any action to be taken are recommended to consult their own professional advisers.
