Craig Wireless Systems Ltd. is a Canada-based fourth generation (4G) wireless spectrum holder. The Company is a wireless service provider, which holds or leases a portfolio of spectrum licenses and over which it offers fixed, nomadic, portable or mobile broadband connection services, such as high-speed Internet, data communications services and other high-bandwidth applications through 4G enabled networks, such as Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access (WiMax) or Long-Term Evolution (LTE). The Company's business is to acquire and own 4G compatible spectrum assets that are capable of supporting a 4G network to facilitate its development or asset holding strategies. The Company intends to build and operate deployment fixed/portable 4G Networks, and focus on un-served or underserved residential, business and customers. The Company holds interests in spectrum licenses and leases in the Coachella Valley (California), Greece and New Zealand.
